1.   Specific programs:

a.    “Everyday life ln School Harmony” program

General Objective: To raise awareness among students, teachers and parents about the good treatment that should be given to each and one of the people with whom we interact every day, recognizing rules and regulations as necessary throughout coexistence that pacify paths. Favors agreements, negotiation, understanding, generating questions and comply with Community standards as instruments for the good life in the institution.

b.    Program “Deciding Responsibly: Sexuality, a dimension of human life”

General Objective: To generate learning in students appropriate to their age, which allows them to learn and realize their development processes to physical, psychological and social level, recognizing differences with the other sex and adults. Develop habits and comprehensive health care, promoting the development of an attitude of recognition and respect for the diversity of ideologies, attitudes, values, norms and related behaviors sexual experiences.

c.   Program “Deciding Responsibly: Alerts for better living”

General Objective: To provide resources and tools for conflict resolution, both individually and social facets of human life. Enhance knowledge, skills and preventive attitudes in students of Colegio Americano de Guayaquil, through opportunities for dialogue, reflection and commitment.

d.   “Education in Values: To recognize is part of life”

General Objective: To strengthen the practice of values ​​among their peers to thereby generate adequate to interact and maintain an adequate living forms. Promotes citizenship in the immediate area of ​​ school.

e.  “Virtually Communicated” program: socializing in the present life”

General Objective: To advise and guide our students and parents about the precautions that should be present in the management of internet and social networks as a tool to link; promoting the proper use of leisure time, providing alternative leisure and recreation inside and outside school and enhancing the practice of values ​​through the implementation of activities.
