Personal Accident Insurance Plan for students of the American College of Guayaquil

 

 The American College of Guayaquil sponsored by Pichincha Insurance and Insurance LEC, want to communicate to you that your children have insurance that protects them in case of personal accidents. The physical integrity of their children is protected by us, and our commitment is to offer a wide network of medical centers, clinics and hospitals, where safely your child will get a quick and timely intervention in case of accident.

We have over 18 years of experience, we have 2 million customers, ensuring the most valuable human being: life, and therefore we invite you to know the coverages and benefits we provide for your child 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

    • MEDICAL EXPENSES BY ACCIDENT: It will cover up to $ 5,000 for the cost of medical, surgical, ambulance, hospital, nurse and drugs prescribed as a result of an accident covered under this insurance. If the accident occurs within the school premises or outside, but in places where the student has been sent on behalf of the school to acts or events, the insured amount will be doubled.

 

    • STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP: If the student’s representative died from any cause, the value will be paid to cover educational expenses of the insured.

 

    • HOSPITAL CREDIT: Hospital Credit will be awarded with prestigious medical institutions: Omni Hospital, Kennedy Alborada Clinic Hospital – Policentro, Hospitalcivar, Hospital Luis Vernaza, Santa Maria Hospital, and Children’s Hospital Dr. Roberto Gilbert E.

 

    • ACCIDENTAL DEATH: Bodily injury suffered in an accident resulting in the death of the student, will deliver compensation of $ 10,000 to the beneficiary or representative.

 

    • ACCIDENTAL DISMEMBERMENT: Bodily injuries and losses suffered in an accident, will be covered up to $ 10,000

 

    • TOTAL AND PERMANENT DISABILITY: If the student suffers an accident of some functional impairment that prevents you from lifelong perform their activities, the value of $ 10,000 will be awarded.

 

  • FUNERAL COSTS: The sum of $ 600 will be paid to cover funeral expenses in case of death of the student.

Insurance validity: 04/30/2015 to 30/04/2016 .The payment system normally used by the insurance is REIMBURSEMENT,  during the incident  the representative is to  cancel the respective values, then approach the Admissions Department to fill the withdraw form corresponding for the procedure of reimbursement of expenses incurred; present all invoices must be valid and approved by the S.R.I. We also service:

 HOSPITAL CREDIT and this applies when the child requires emergency care. Once you have chosen the clinic, you will identify his client as a student of the American College and used this service must pay only the deductible amount ($ 40.00).
