The Colegio Americano is carrying out a series of measures in order to face the new challenges of education in our society. It is well known that achieving the objectives of modern education requires large investments which need to be carried out without affecting the budgets of our students’ parents. Within this framework, the Asociación Colegio Americano has decided to continue with the program set out in the Master Plan and carry out a renovation of all its resources.

Since the 2003-2004 school year, the Colegio Americano has been using a new institutional logo; and the students are wearing new daily and gym uniforms, which were designed especially for the institution and include the new logo. The laboratories are being renovated, construction on the new Pre-School pavilions continues, air conditioners are being installed in the classrooms, beginning with the Pre-School section. Each year new classrooms with air conditioners will gradually be incorporated, with the purpose of creating a more comfortable environment that will allow our students to take better advantage of the classes taught by our teaching staff.

With everyone’s effort, authorities, teachers, students and students’ parents, this 61 year old institution, will continue to be a leader forming future generations in this country.
